Our story

We started as builders

Gyarala Tech didn't start as a staffing company. We started as a software team - writing code, shipping products, solving hard problems for real users.

Along the way, we learned something that changed our direction: hiring is broken. Every time we tried to grow our own team, we hit the same wall. Agencies sent us volume. Polished resumes, keyword matches, people who checked every box on paper. But building software takes more than a checklist of skills. It takes judgment, curiosity, and the ability to work inside a team that's moving fast.

So we started hiring differently. We looked for builders - people who think in systems, who care about craft, who make the team around them stronger. It worked. Our projects got better. Our teams got sharper.

Then other companies started asking how we did it. That's how Gyarala Tech became what it is today: a software company that also helps you build your dream team.
